New afghan in progress
I found a great deal on yarn at ACMoore on Saturday. I got 1 pound of mill ends (in Aran, I think) for only $2.99. I couldn't pass it up. So I bought 3 pounds of it, and am making an afghan to donate to my children's school for the "Arts in Education" program to raffle. Open house is coming up March 29th, so I'm rushing to get it done! It's going quickly, so I should have it done soon. It's a Terry Kimbrough afghan called "Peachy". Very neutral, very cute! I hope they raise a lot of money with it! The main body of the afghan isn't anything big, so I'm not going to take a picture until it's done...
